Fast check‑in and good treatment from the staff. The sound insulation is weak.

Nice location, tasty restaurant, spacious room, calm and quiet atmosphere, polite staff, client‑friendly approach, they gave us an extra bonus for staying. Thanks. I’ve stayed in other Actobe hotels of the same level before, and here the price/quality ratio seems better.
