I went to a workshop that was held right there, but the location and the way the stairs look make you think twice before using them.
The staff were attentive, but we had to go down to the lobby to get tap water.
Hotel cómodo y sobre todo una excelente ubicación para las personas que llegamos a tener pacientes en la clínica que está ahi cerca, y el personal es bastante amable

I never got a chance to see if the hotel really delivers 100 % service because during our stay a heavy rainstorm knocked out the power for several days, making it hard to keep the room climate-controlled, find the necessary accessories, and stay in the dark; we had to go down to the lobby to charge our phone because that was the only place with light, and some hallway areas, the rooms, and the elevator were also dark. The hotel isn’t to blame for the power outage in that whole area, but I think a hotel with so much experience should have a backup power plant, especially since I was traveling for work and after a long day you need to be able to rest, shower, etc., and walking around in a dark room isn’t pleasant. The restaurant had limited food options.
