The apartment is beautiful. The cleanliness and air conditioning were broken and they didn’t replace the apartment; the smell was worse than bad, unfortunately.

My regular hotel in Mecca is Al‑Funduq Al‑Daim, with several large, luxurious, clean suites fully equipped. Free parking, prices sometimes unbelievable. The location is bad in terms of services and places around the hotel, and also regarding the entrance to the Haram; the solution is to go via transport apps and get off at King Abdulaziz Gate or Al‑Safaa Palace, about 25 riyals per trip. The shower has a small guard so water often spills onto the bathroom floor. I noticed dust and dirt on some corners and shelves during my last visit, possibly due to heavy construction and demolition work in the nearby mountains.

The hotel was clean and the staff, especially Ahmed, were welcoming; the in‑house shop had very reasonable prices. The only downside was the distance from the Haram and the bus stop being far at King Salman Expansion, so taking an Uber to King Abdulaziz Gate would be better.

This accommodation is excellent. Everything is convenient, comfortable, and very clean. The hotel runs a shuttle to Masjid al‑Haram every 30 minutes. There’s also a kitchen where you can cook, and all the necessary facilities and amenities are provided. Most importantly, the staff provide excellent service. Hani, the female receptionist, was very polite, friendly, and helpful. I really appreciated her service and had a great experience staying here. I would definitely stay here again when I visit Makkah.
