The included breakfast is acceptable, but nowhere is it mentioned what’s actually included. I asked for a room for two adults and a child, yet they only offered me two rooms, even though the front desk confirmed that an extra bed could be added; I paid for two rooms, and the price was the same whether there were one or two guests.

It’s really well located, many little boats nearby, good service, and they have air conditioning. The pillows are also good, and everything is very clean.

Worst service I’ve ever seen; the room fridge didn’t work and the supposed balcony with a view of the mountains was a fiasco.
