The hot spring was close and comfortable, and the Wi‑Fi was excellent; I can’t think of any negatives.

Being surrounded by nature was fantastic, but it would have been nice if I could take the coffee from the first floor back to my room.

I enjoyed the hot‑spring bath, but I couldn’t use the morning hot spring.

I was shocked when staff told me I couldn’t bring lobby coffee into my room and that I’d be monitored afterward; it made me feel uneasy. Later, after buying snacks at a convenience store at 10:45 pm and returning, I found the entrance locked—apparently the lock activates at 11 pm, which should have been explained at check‑in. The strict rules didn’t suit me.
