“Amazing and comfortable.”
The location was fantastic, close to Piazza del Popolo. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, giving us a full list of places to visit and making us feel welcomed. I loved the street view we got and felt safe, which was very important to me. Everything was great!

Everything was spotless and the location was convenient, close to public transport and plenty of dining options. I felt safe because you need a code for three doors to reach the room. The staff were very friendly, happy, and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The sofa bed was roomy and comfy once pulled out. The Wi‑Fi was poor; we were given two options and neither worked well.

The location was good, the room was clean, comfortable, and a decent size, and the bed was nice. Daily room cleaning and fresh towels were provided, and customer service was excellent. The room was quite dark and there was no mini fridge.
We would have preferred to have the key at the door.
