Quiet spot, close to the city and free public transport, and just a five‑minute walk to Badesee lake—free with the guest card, which was a real bonus. Even though the owners didn’t speak Italian, they made a real effort to make us feel welcome and answered every request. They were always checking in to see if we needed anything, from tourist tips to food suggestions.

We were greeted with a warm welcome and the place was spotless. Breakfast was solid, and the family running the spot—daughter and parents—worked together like a well‑coordinated team, genuinely friendly and caring. Nothing to complain about.
