Playamarina, Isla Canela, sits 200 m from the beach, offering panoramic sea views and a lush outdoor pool. Air‑conditioned rooms feature bright décor, minibars, and private balconies. The spa boasts an indoor pool and beauty treatments. Dining includes a buffet with live cooking, an à‑la‑carte summer dinner, and a bar. Nearby, Isla del Moral, Isla Canela Golf Club, and Aquópolis Water Park are easily accessible.

I didn’t get much value for the price.

The spot was excellent, close to the marina and restaurants, and the bath and shower were nice. The spa and massages were a treat, and breakfast had a wide selection. However, the safe rental took about three hours to activate, and the bathroom sink was old‑fashioned.

The location was good, the hotel had a pleasant space, and it was very close to the beach. The staff were friendly. But there was no children’s pool, the food variety was very limited and of poor quality, and the main dishes kept repeating. The preparation was weak, and the snack was terrible. We chose the “all‑inclusive” option yet still had to pay extra for many items. At the bar there were only drinks and nothing else to eat beyond the main restrictions, just french fries. Overall we were disappointed and the price didn’t justify it. Definitely a hotel I won’t return to.
