“Don’t stay here!”
The worst hotel experience ever – the shower was cold, the front desk staff were rude, I paid for a lake view but only got a view of another room, and when I tried to cancel I was charged $20 more.
“please refund”
It smelled clean, but it was far from meeting expectations; we felt unsafe, the water didn't work, there was nowhere to charge a phone, and we left within 30 minutes of check‑in.

The room was clean and the staff were very friendly, and a Walgreens was really nearby, but the neighborhood feels unsafe; all the facilities are old, some people are living there, and smoking smells linger in the lobby and room.
