“Need to improve a lot,Don't sell the location only”

The location is fine, but water dripped from the A/C onto my bed and woke me up at night. The safe didn’t work, and the staff spoke poor English. There wasn’t enough space even for a chair, and there was no chair in the room.

The location is great, convenient for the Kennedy metro, tram, and several buses right in the surrounding streets. The room was spacious, with a good living area and comfortable, clean rooms that had plenty of wardrobes. The price‑to‑quality ratio is winning.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, with a great shower—excellent water pressure and full‑size toiletries in the bathroom. It was quiet, the air conditioning efficient, and the blinds were very good, making the room dark. We had room 601, a corner room with windows on two sides; a larger room would have been better. It’s only a short walk to the metro station. Kennedy Town’s swimming pool is worth a visit—two Olympic pools, one indoor and one outdoor, plus a non‑hot indoor spa pool (17HKD midweek, 19HKD weekends). The A1 Bakery nearby is great for takeaway breakfast and snacks—very fresh. Mendel’s Bagels is also close and excellent for breakfast. A lovely fruit stall sits on the corner between the hotel and the metro station; six dragon fruits cost 20HKD! No negatives. We’ll definitely stay again.

“Great location with very friendly staff. Rooms are basic but clean and very reasonably priced.”

The place is spot on – just minutes from the tram, buses and MTR, right in Kennedy Town – but after four nights we wished a linen change had happened midway.
