Parking is easy and the location is fabulous. Wetherspoons is a few minutes’ walk away, the beach pub is a few minutes’ drive up the road, and Bucket of Blood is nearby. Staff and food are excellent—must visit. All good.

Everything! Barbara gave a warm welcome, the room had a sea view, a comfy bed, and was spotless. The tuck shop was well stocked. The location was fabulous, right on the beach, ideal for walking the South West Coast Path. Couldn't fault anything.
