The rooms were nice, but I prefer a different location.

The room was great, but there was no hot water at all in the morning.

The spot is fantastic—just beside the Civic Theatre and the room was huge, hitting every mark. The pub was perfect for hanging out before the show, and the food was tasty and reasonably priced. Parking in the nearby garage was cheap. The carpet felt a bit worn in some areas, but that was the only issue.

The place was excellent, right next to the pier with comfy beds, the restaurant offered great food and Friday and Saturday special social events, and the CBD location was convenient.

The location was excellent, making it easy to reach my appointments and walk to the art gallery, cafés, shopping, ferry, and beach, but overall I was still happy with my stay.
