The reception was extremely professional at a large hotel, and the facilities, breakfast and dinner buffets, and free parking were all convenient. The hotel’s massive size meant many groups of travelers caused noise and other disturbances.

The staff were super friendly, especially Murat at reception who was very professional and attentive. The spa center was a disappointment: I booked a pedicure, the technician cut my finger, I bled, and the spa manager tried to charge me for the mishap with an unskilled employee.

A great hotel with on‑site thermal springs and a tasty, abundant breakfast. The building is old, probably around a hundred years, but the people are kind and pleasant. If you want peace and hot springs, I definitely recommend it.

The price is quite reasonable for the hotel. The spa and massage options are good, and overall it’s fine—I’ll return. The bill was requested but not given, and the pool area plays loud music.
