The place is well kept and very peaceful. Overall, I was very satisfied. It would help to block the sun from hitting the apartment directly; a shade sail might spoil the look, but a parasol would work—sunlight pours in all afternoon and the room heats up a lot.

The villa is wonderful, full of charm and comfort, and the atmosphere is beautiful. Because of the house type, the dishes, bowls, and plates are worn and need replacing.

We spent a fantastic week at Casa Sua and it was a real escape. The house is lovely, well maintained, with a garden full of bougainvillea and acacias and a beautiful pool full of soulful corners. It sits in a quiet area, close to the impressive Famara beach with the Risco in the background, and its location is ideal for exploring Lanzarote’s main sights. Jeremy, who manages the house, was charming, attentive, and very professional from the start, and the rest of the team communicated well, making the arrival and everything else easy. We definitely recommend it and will return. The only downside is that the bathroom gets too hot, but that doesn’t outweigh everything else.

The location, pool, and cleanliness were all very good. The maintenance staff’s service was the best—10 out of 10. For a “luxury” villa, the studio we stayed in had no proper ventilation except for the sliding doors we closed at night. The fan had almost no power, and with the humidity and heat at night we felt quite suffocated.
