“Staff was helpful and polite! Room was clean”

The location was great and the pool was wonderful, with staff that were very helpful. For the room price, the continental breakfast should have been included.

In one word, we got robbed. The clerk was friendly, helped carry our suitcases upstairs, and gave us good dining tips, but when we returned to our room we discovered we’d been robbed. I didn’t notice right away, but the clerk knew we weren’t staying in our rooms and saw my duffel bag with just a zipper. My small jewelry pouch was missing. It took a few days to realize, but I’m sure we’re not the first. The clerk saw us leaving and we were sitting ducks. Read our earlier comments: we were robbed. Don’t stay here; there’s a brand‑new place across the street that looks nice and isn’t listed on Booking. We can’t be the first to be robbed, and I think they know it.

“sucked hauling our bags up flights of stairs. we are old!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

We’re in our 70s and when we checked in the guy with the pony tail told my husband there was no elevator, so he couldn’t help us with the luggage to the second floor. I have breathing problems and my husband is recovering from cancer, yet no one offered a ground‑floor room. He did offer to help me, so I dragged my bag myself. If we’d known we wouldn’t have stayed there, we would have left. Do better.

“A great value for the location.”

The location is perfect and the staff were incredibly friendly. The community dining area has a fun vibe, but you need to bring your own breakfast; they only serve coffee and tea. There is no elevator.
