Parking and breakfast were good. We thought we had booked a triple room with three beds, but on arrival the room had a double and only one usable bed on a bunk; three male motorcyclists, two of them sharing a double!

A decent breakfast, the room was clean, and the hotel offers its own small car park, which is uncommon in Fowey. I think the new owners have only just taken over, so it’s hard to judge.

The room was nicely furnished and the location is quiet and central. The stairwell needs a renovation or a thorough cleaning.
