The staff were friendly, the hotel stayed clean, and I felt comfortable during my stay, but I would have liked an upgrade to a better room.

“UNLAWFUL DISABILITY DISCRIMINATION”

I had to leave because the management was horrible and refused my stay because of my service animal. Everything was bad: the management was terrible, they behaved in an ableist way, and they unlawfully discriminated against a protected class by refusing accommodation and illegally demanding documentation.

“Bring your own bedding and towels but nothing you’re too attached to, as you’ll want to throw it all away after you chec”

The location is very close to stores and restaurants, but the rooms are filthy—beds and sheets have stains and burn holes, and the check‑in counter has an absurd list of rules.

“I would have been fine with the condition of the room if the price i paid was $40-50 but it was $100”

The room was a decent size and had several lounge/work areas, yet it was infested with weird stringy bugs that made me unable to sleep, the towels felt like paper towels, there was no coffee or coffee maker, and the price of $100 was outrageous for an old, outdated room that only offered a kitchenette; at least include coffee or utensils for that cost.
