The room was clean but small, there was no connection with the guest island, which is not a tourist spot.

There is no breakfast, which makes this place quite different from what is advertised (essentially a hotel, as shown by the information sheet hanging on the room door). The owner, a lady, is brilliant at cleaning and shows a higher level of hospitality. The price far exceeds the maximum allowed by Greek law (I can attach photos) and for that reason we have already requested compensation from Booking, which should be responsible for the check. The bathroom is very small and needs to be reviewed (many deposits and rust), the terrace is unusable for non‑smokers because it is practically attached to the other rooms with no separation, the pillows definitely need to be replaced if you want to charge 142 euros a night… The treatment of guests was rude and hasty.

Very good location with swimming right next to it. Stunning sea view with terrace. Clean and cake at breakfast on the last day + coffee and tea, tranquility. Nothing negative.

A massive thank-you for the warmth of hospitality. We had a fabulous few days made very comfortable and welcomed. A great place to explore the island with the host happy to help recommend places to see and eat. Thank you
