The location is superb, very well situated! The neighborhood is friendly, bright, and true to Seoul. The staff were very kind and helpful. The room was very comfortable, clean, spacious, and the bathroom was pleasant. The small rooftop terrace is also nice. The amenities are top‑class: iron, hair dryer, brush, bathrobe, etc. However, the room has no storage, which is inconvenient if you stay several days.

The spot is right in the heart of a lively, colorful district, just a stone’s throw from the subway, plenty of eateries, and a nice city stream. Even though the area buzzes, my room stayed quiet and comfortable, and the staff were all very friendly. Air conditioning was a lifesaver in the heat. On the downside, some bedding blankets had stains—probably from food—though they were washed and smelled fine. Housekeeping quality varied; some days were great, others could improve. The AC unit also needed a cleaning.

Nothing was good. Hair was found in the bed, the sheets were stained, a used condom was under the bed, and earplugs were also under the bed.
