The owner was extremely rude and unprofessional; we waited a long time at the gate before it opened. Later, when we returned to the car, the door was locked and we couldn't get back inside. We tried calling the owner, but she didn't answer at first; by the time she did, we had already decided to leave because of the poor service and unpleasant experience. We never even stayed at the property. The whole experience was disappointing and unacceptable.

Best guesthouse north of the mountain! The staff are friendly, helpful, and really pleasant to be around. The property is well maintained, the bedrooms are spacious and clean. We stay there every time we are in Pretoria. Love it! We have absolutely nothing to complain about.
