The place was okay, but there was no elevator and we had to climb four flights of stairs. We also had no hot water, and the staff member who greeted us upon arrival was not very friendly.

The sea view is great, it’s convenient for the center of Vance, the pool is practical, and parking is easy and comfortable. The building shows its age, lacks a lift, and has no air conditioning.
