The staff tried their best to help, especially given the language barrier, and the room was clean. However, there was no restaurant inside the hotel, so you had to go outside for food, and every menu was in Chinese with no English options; the staff seemed hesitant to serve foreigners.

The hotel is super elegant and clean, which is great. However, I had a bit of a struggle communicating with staff since hardly anyone speaks English.
