“Não voltaremos :(”

The bed was good and the location was very central, though the street was quiet. Breakfast was good. The photos did not match the accommodations. The hotel is old and under renovation, but there was a leak in my bathroom, the internet on the TV didn’t work, cable TV didn’t work either, and the staff didn’t respond to our requests for help with the bathroom leak. It was clear there was no communication between the different teams on shift.

The spot was great, the breakfast was solid, the beds comfy, and the facilities were decent, plus the heating worked well. The bathroom lighting was weak, and the wardrobe doors needed some maintenance.

I really liked the quality of the linens and towels, as well as the mattress and pillows. The breakfast spread was diverse, but it could use more fruit and low‑sugar options for those watching their sugar intake.

The staff were friendly and the location was superb. My room was excellent, and the breakfast was also very good. Nothing to add.

The position was good and the reception staff were helpful and pleasant, but the room looked clean yet was poorly maintained, small, and dark.
