The spot sits close to a small river and offers gorgeous mountain views, but it felt like the place wasn’t ready for us. Big boxes of personal gear were left in the living room, the toilet wouldn’t flush, and although the sign said there was air conditioning, there was none; plus no mosquito nets, so opening the windows let in plenty of bees, flies and insects, and the shower room was swarming with flying ants. The old lady who greeted us didn’t speak any English and ignored most of the problems; she was friendly but not helpful or aware of the basic conditions a host should provide. After I mentioned the issues a few times she sent a plumber to fix the toilet and another person to remove the boxes in the living room. Overall, it felt like a very basic campsite that’s not managed properly, yet it charges a luxury price. The sheets were worn, and the shower curtain needs replacing. The location is beautiful and if you’re after a nature experience with low‑level conditions it could be great, but not worth this price.

It’s a very warm house for a large family or group. Everything you need for a short stay is available, and the host was always in touch and friendly. Kolašin is just a few minutes away. The bath facilities can feel a bit large for a house that can accommodate 6+ people during the winter season.
