The rooms were clean and great. The reception staff were friendly and did their best. The breakfast was thin and not geared toward international guests; it was very Chinese, items weren't replenished or were missing. There was no coffee or yogurt because the purchasing lady was absent, even though there is a supermarket right next to the hotel.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful, especially near the reception area. I didn't like the breakfast; they need to improve the service, the burners were cold, and tea was missing.

My room was no longer available, and the room change cost me an extra 60 USD; with the total amount paid, I would have found something better.

The location and views were good, a shop on the ground floor makes life very easy, and breakfast was good. The hotel was a bit slow to respond to some maintenance issues, but they eventually fixed them – just a little late for me.
