“DESCANSO E DIVERTIMENTO MARAVILHOSOS EM FAMILIA.”
The front desk was so warm and attentive when I mentioned my son’s birthday; they arranged a photo tribute and sang congratulations to him over breakfast! I’m grateful for their kindness and care, and they even let my son and niece feed the rabbits with carrots. The downside was that the shower in our room didn’t heat the water well, and my son only likes lukewarm baths.
The breakfast was excellent, the facilities were well maintained, the pool was great, the parking was covered, the location was superb, and there were plenty of child‑friendly items. The only complaint: one of the single beds was quite narrow.

I liked the general service, especially Airton and Lilian who were very attentive and helpful. The room was spacious with a spectacular shower. Hats off to the chefs who cook superbly! Breakfast was excellent with many varieties. The pools were perfect. I couldn’t miss mentioning the kittens—they’re adorable. We slept with Kiri, a lovely little cat!
We enjoyed the pools, the animals, the kids’ toys, the parking, the little football pitch, and the decorations. The only issue was the cleanliness and the breakfast.

The hotel staff were amazing and super attentive. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner all met our expectations and were excellent. My wife and I loved everything; we were in low season and essentially had the whole team at our disposal, never feeling neglected. The only drawback was the lack of an elevator—climbing stairs repeatedly during our stay left me a bit heavier, haha. On a lighter note, on one of our days alone at the pool, the staff activated the entire sound system for us, and the ambient music was fantastic and tasteful.
