I recently had the opportunity to stay at this hotel, and while it had its share of issues, there were also some redeeming qualities. Unfortunately, my room was not exactly what I had hoped for - the quality of the room left a lot to be desired. However, the hotel's staff was friendly and accommodating, which helped to make up for some of the room's shortcomings. Overall, my stay was decent, but I wouldn't say it was exactly what I'd call a highlight of my trip.

“Terrible experience. The hotel environment was unsafe, with disruptive behavior from other guests”

I had a truly awful experience at this hotel. The environment was not only unpleasant but also unsafe due to the rowdy behavior of other guests, which made it completely unsuitable for families. To make matters worse, when I arrived, they asked me to pay extra money despite my previous booking. I had no choice but to comply, and to top it all off, the room itself had a terrible odor that made it hard to stay there.
