Well situated near Rainham station. Rustic comfort.

The place was close to what we needed. The rooms weren’t ready at 6 pm, three hours after check‑in, and the host was hard to reach on the phone.

Convenient location. Only one towel for the two of us. The door handle was loose and the lock was broken. After dinner we struggled for 30 minutes to re‑enter; the manager was a bit unhelpful. Most concerning, there was no smoke detector in our room.
