The hotel is close to the airport, groceries, and the rail line. The desk staff in the morning were arrogant and unwelcoming, and there was no complimentary breakfast or even coffee.

The property is very close to the airport, and the rooms were a good size and very clean. Luggage carts were available from the parking lot to take to your room. I was misled by a statement that parking was on the premises, which made me think it was included, but it turned out to be very expensive. The food was very pricey but also very good, with small portions. The server was kind and nice, but he was alone serving many people and working the bar, which led to poor service that wasn’t his fault.

The rooms were really cramped, with the shower and main sink inside the room. The hotel sits in a remote spot, and there’s a McDonald’s in the same building that’s always packed. The staff were unfriendly; they charged me for an airport shuttle that never showed up and wouldn’t refund the money. The receptionist called a taxi from the same shuttle company (or so they claimed) and told the driver to deduct the shuttle fee, yet the taxi driver charged me €70 for a 10‑minute ride and said he didn’t know anything about the shuttle.
