I found the location convenient and the rooms were comfortable and clean, but when I called multiple times for extra blankets the AI assistant wouldn’t understand and kept saying it was transferring me to the front desk, which never rang; the same happened when I asked for a late check‑out—there should be a direct way to reach the front desk without the AI. The server at the restaurant was also very rude.

My grandson and I stayed to visit the Washington Monument and museums; the hotel was fine but the room was only “okay,” and I was charged an extra $30 a day just for renting the room, which made me feel like I wouldn’t return. Outside the hotel, less than 20 ft away, homeless people were sleeping in the restaurant’s entrance, a sight I didn’t expect and that added to my disappointment.
