Excellent stay. Breakfast was provided. A spatious comfortable room. Good location - there is a pub 10 minute walk down the road, or Yarmouth Harbour is a 7-8 minute taxi journey away. My girlfriend and I had our bikes and there is great bike storage next to where you stay. Very content and would recommend. All was great

What a treat for a solo cyclist – Old Ningwood station was a great find. I loved the accommodation, service, and breakfast. Amanda and the snug were brilliant, and I really enjoyed my stay.

The location worked out perfectly for us. When the hostess discovered a drainage issue and couldn’t offer alternate lodging, she helped us secure a refund. I wasn’t pleased with how the continental breakfast was presented, though.

We stayed in the 'snug' and found it lovely. Amanda greeted us at the property and explained the do’s and don’ts. The room was spacious, and the food provided was great. The location was ideal for us because my husband is disabled and everything is on one level. There were plenty of leaflets in the space to learn about island activities, which was a nice touch. I’d imagine it’s a lovely spot in the summer, and there are outside tables and chairs available. Unfortunately, we couldn’t master the shower—it was either freezing cold or boiling hot. If we had stayed longer, I’m sure Amanda would have shown us how it worked. The only other gripe was the lack of a lounging chair; we had to use either the bed or dining table chair, but that’s a minor detail since the space was roomy enough to move around.
