The apartment and room we rented offered a stunning view and felt very authentic for Italy, making the stay enjoyable. The beds, however, were not very comfortable for me. I loved the room and living area, and the bathroom was nice and spacious.

The location of the lodging is convenient because it allows bus travel to Florence in twenty to thirty minutes depending on traffic. The apartment is spacious. The reception of the hosts was lacking, with no one to welcome us during the first fifteen minutes despite an announced arrival time of one hour! Additionally, we were required to settle our dues immediately during a brief contact that offered no explanation about the apartment, and the plugs trip when the heating, air conditioning, and the stove in the "kitchen" run simultaneously. The "kitchen" is cramped and locked in a cupboard; the term "kitchen" is inappropriate, it should rather be described as a tiny cooking space. The furnishings are old and the lighting in the rooms is very insufficient. This accommodation would clearly benefit from a better welcome and a thorough refurbishment.

The position, tranquility, and proximity to city services are excellent. The structure is carefully furnished in old Tuscan style. I recommend it. The mattress could be improved.
