I was excited about the service, but it turned out to be a nightmare because the other tenants upstairs kept playing trampolines all night. I went to sleep, but the noise made it impossible to rest, so I talked to the staff and asked for a refund, yet they refused to give me my money back.

I liked that we stayed in a separate room with all the amenities. The public transport was nearby, and the staff were responsive.
Обслуживающий персонал очень вежливый и приветливый. Всё показали и объяснили. Удалось воспользоваться баней и получилось даже бесплатно. Автобусные остановки 35 автобуса рядом. До других автобусом пешком 10 минут. Рядом торговый центр Мустакиви. Комнаты уютные, кровати удобные. Есть чайник, телевизор, ванная и туалет раздельно. Есть холодильник. Парковка автомобилей, как мы поняли, для останавливающихся оказалась слишком близко от окна
The staff were very good, polite and friendly. The room was clean and cozy, and even though the hotel is in a residential building it was quiet and peaceful. The hotel offers its own free parking, a shower in the room, and there is a shared kitchen. The only downside was that there was no trash bin in the bathroom, which can be inconvenient for women.
