The manager was great, but the location doesn’t offer a sea view or beach access.

The reception was well organized with laundry and shuttle services, but guests were told to specify breakfast times via WhatsApp, and the breakfast menu and quality were lacking; muesli and pancakes were not available, mold appeared in the fruit juice container, and staff were only physically present at times. The restaurant stayed empty for lunch and dinner, the kids’ trampoline was unsafe due to poor condition, the sofa was unhygienic with stains, food crumbs, mold, and a fishy odor in the room. The pool water was cloudy, there were too few umbrellas, no guests used the pool, the pictures were misleading, and the value for money was terrible.

A brand‑new hotel with spotless rooms, the AC and hot water work flawlessly, a great pool, and the staff are amazing.

I paid for accommodation in advance, but there were no seats on the ferry to the island, so I couldn’t travel and never got a refund, which is why I gave the lowest rating.
