Only the male staff member gave good service; the location and value for money are solid, but the male employee was overly attentive while the female staff seemed to ignore guests, answering only the man, which made asking questions uncomfortable.

The price, staff, ease of use, and location were all excellent! The capsule felt a bit too warm, which made it hard to sleep, especially since I get hot easily, and the mattress was a touch firm.
