The hotel is very pretty, the facilities and staff are very pleasant. Unfortunately the breakfast, lunch and dinner leave a lot to be desired; that area isn’t well taken care of.

The train station, shops and cafés are close by, everything convenient around. The food was disappointing, the staff at the dining area seemed indifferent and didn’t make you feel welcome.

The hotel sits right next to the Rodalies station, so you’re there in no time; the beach is only about 5‑10 minutes away via an underground passage. The room isn’t huge, yet it’s comfortable and quiet. The buffet food was pretty good, and the pools were large enough that you could relax without bothering other guests or being bothered. The staff’s attentiveness was the real highlight, always ready for any question or request. On the downside, the buffet timing at dinner was a bit early; we get that the hotel targets foreign guests, but a middle ground between European and Spanish schedules would help. The spa jacuzzi water was cold, which surprised us, and the room fridge only worked when the card was inserted to turn on the light, so when you leave the room the fridge shuts off and your items aren’t kept cool.

La habitación con vistas a la piscina además del detalle de la botella de cava y las chuches como bienvenida. La chica que limpiaba la habitación súper atenta y amable, nos hospedamos con nuestra perrita y ella entró e hizo la habitación a puerta cerrada para que no se escapase. La piscina climatizada está muy bien. Que hay reservar la piscina climatizada con bastante antelación, el mismo día que llegamos a las 14h ya no había sitio para esa tarde. Y bueno y que cierra a las 17.45h

The triple superior room was fine, though the shower wasn’t great. The food was the only drawback.
