Kindness of the staff and availability of parking. Breakfast is poor with few varieties.

Central location. The room assigned was next to the elevator and across from the stairs, so it was quite noisy with people coming and going, disrupting sleep. If you need a quiet space, ask for a room away from the elevator and stairs.

The mini fridge was way too small. Most hotels have mini fridges that can fit a fruit tray. Curtains let in too much sunlight in morning
