I had a wonderful time staying at this hotel with my family and friends. The atmosphere was perfect for a fun getaway, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Our stay at this hotel was a mixed bag, to say the least. We were initially allotted a room that was still under renovation, which was a major issue. We had to change rooms not once, not twice, but three times in a single day due to various problems, including a stinky bathroom. However, despite the chaos, the hotel staff did their best to rectify the situation, and we eventually found a room that was worth the money.

I was initially impressed by the hotel's online images, but unfortunately, the room I received was a far cry from what I had expected. The facilities were subpar, with a strong odor in the room, an unhygienic washroom, and a lack of basic amenities like an intercom and a mosquito infestation in the washroom. The dirty taps only added to the overall disappointing experience.

“It was avrragely good”

My stay was marred by the fact that I didn't receive the breakfast that was included in my deal, and to make matters worse, I was shifted to a different hotel from the one I had booked, Queen Land to Hollywood Heights. While the staff were friendly, this experience left a sour taste in my mouth.
