The room was spacious with comfy beds, the location was spot‑on, the staff were helpful, breakfast was solid, and the bathtub was nice; we even stayed an extra night thanks to Ibrahim, who managed to secure a room for us when everything else was sold out. The only downside was a bit of hallway noise, but the room itself was quiet.

The beds were comfortable and checking in late was fine, plus the location was good. However, every pillow had a strong, stale smell from previous guests; I had to leave my car at 1 am to fetch my own pillow because I couldn't stand the odor. For $400 a night, the hotel should at least replace pillowcases or sanitize pillows and blankets.

Breakfast was very, very basic. The place was tiny, even though we were in a suite, and the room was just okay. The room size was small.

The staff were extremely friendly and the breakfast was excellent; everything else was perfect. If the staff remain friendly and helpful, the room stays super clean and tidy, which is crucial.
