“Good location but they need to maintain the hotel for the”
The location is fine, yet everything in the hotel feels old—broken tiles, leaking taps, and other worn accessories.
“Horrified and disturbed”
The reception staff were unfriendly and treated us, South African Indian foreigners, with less respect; they clearly need hotel management training. We were assigned a first‑floor room, 106, right next to the breakfast hall, and the bathroom was the filthiest I've seen. When we asked for a new room, we were told the hotel was fully booked. At about 1 am we heard a chopping/banging sound; calling the landline and my cell got no response. I had to walk down to the reception area, where the front desk guy sent a security guard to tell the source to quiet down, but the guard somehow knew where the noise was coming from. The noise stopped and then started again half an hour later; calling reception this time answered and I complained again about the disturbance. Sleep was continuously disrupted. The hotel didn’t take our complaint seriously; as long as you’ve booked and paid, any leftovers are handed to you, especially us being South African Indian foreigners. This hotel needs to be reviewed and re‑evaluated by the booking platform before advertising. The good rooms are shown, but the worst rooms are given. I also don’t appreciate that the hotel asks us where our last stay was and doesn’t let us choose our floor level.
“Gerne wieder”
The location is good for Mumbai, the room is nice and clean with a fridge, kettle, tea and coffee, and the bed is very comfortable. The Indian breakfast is very good. The only downside is that it’s very loud even at night, but earplugs helped.
“سوف أكرر السكن في هذا الفندق في رحلاتي القادمه”
The hotel’s location is really beautiful in the market area, and that’s all I have to say.
“اقامه كانت ممتعه و مريحه”
The hotel is close to the market, and that’s all.
