“Friendly family, but room for improvement”

The family is friendly and gives useful tips for planning excursions, but several things could be improved. I booked a double room but was first given a four‑bed dormitory; the room itself was fine, but the toilet wouldn’t flush. I also had to insist that breakfast and dinner were included, as I was initially asked to pay for them. Basic hospitality details were off: when I asked for coffee, I got a jar with only a few old granules left at the bottom, and when I asked for drinking water, I was given tap water. Overall the family is welcoming and well‑meaning, but the guesthouse needs to pay more attention to reservation terms and basic expectations of international guests.

“Don't get fooled”

The dinner they cooked was tasty, but the bath picture is misleading; the boiler barely holds enough water, so the bath itself is underwhelming, and the grey water makes it questionable whether it’s truly clean.

“Nice place with helpfull hostess”

The hostess was very helpful and arranged transport to several hikes for us, and the prices were better than at the CBT office; the food was good and plentiful, though the room is quite small and offers little space for luggage.
