Viceroy Residences at Ombria Algarve

“Hotel luxuoso com atendimento maravilhoso”

The hotel is gorgeous, with excellent décor and very comfortable rooms. The staff are very attentive and present. The location is a bit far from the beaches, but there is a shuttle service and beach loungers available.

“Beautiful hotel but very overpriced for the level of service”

The room was big and lovely, and the surroundings were beautiful. The service was lacking because there weren't enough staff and most of them were agency workers, so the quality of service was poor. The kids club was geared toward preschoolers, which showed in the toys and activities that were offered.

“A luxurious retreat that was family friendly”

It was amazing—the staff’s service really made the experience fantastic, and the facilities were dreamy with breakfast that was both delicious and varied. A bit more upfront clarity about the beach shuttle and the location of the beach loungers would have helped.

Unfortunately, I had a bit of a chaotic experience with breakfast at this hotel. The staff seemed overwhelmed by the number of guests, and there weren't enough employees to go around. It was a bit of a stressful start to the day. I hope they can improve their service in this area.

I had a wonderful time at this hotel, it was the perfect spot to unwind and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. However, I did encounter a minor issue with the Wi-Fi registration process - my country, South Korea, wasn't listed as an option. It would be great if they could add it to the list for future guests. Overall, I was very happy with my experience.
