The hotel was spotless and pleasant, and the staff were consistently kind and helpful, especially Riza and Aiban—thanks a lot! The mattress, however, felt a bit hard.

A snug, spotless, and friendly place that radiated a great vibe. The spot was spot‑on—near everything you’d need, yet still a calm retreat. A lovely park right in front of the hotel was a hit with the kids, who had a blast playing there. Breakfast was tasty, and the lady in the kitchen was super kind, friendly, and attentive. The front desk staff were equally warm and helpful, going the extra mile to arrange a nice car for my Gabala trip and handling all the details professionally, making everything smooth and comfortable. I’d highly recommend this hotel, especially for families. We loved our stay and will definitely return on future trips to Baku. Thanks to the whole team for making our visit so enjoyable and memorable!

The hotel was tidy and the staff cheerful, with spacious rooms each featuring a kitchen and microwave. The place showed some wear, visible in the bathrooms where water pooled, the tap sprayer was broken, and there was a leak; a sign also warned to shut off the tap.

The place is pretty, the room is large, the bathroom has a toilet, and everything is clean and organized; you get a bed, a sofa, a small kitchen with microwave, fridge, a single‑person dining table, and a TV—everything is nice, honestly. There are no kid facilities, and the reception, rooms, and restaurant are all right, but breakfast is not special, small, and the quantity is very little; it starts at 8 am, yet there are guests with early flights who should have breakfast at 7 am.

I liked the location—quiet and close to services like a supermarket and coffee shop. The sound insulation in the room was good.
