The room was large and comfortable, the bed was cozy, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was good, and the shuttle to a mile away was included. Cleaning wasn’t daily.

The property was fine overall, and it was nice to have complimentary breakfast. The front desk staff weren’t very knowledgeable; when we asked about local or public transportation a few times, everyone answered, “I’m not from this area, so I’m not really sure.” We chose housekeeping every other day for our three‑night stay, and on the day we were supposed to have our room cleaned we left in the morning, returned after 2 pm, and the room still hadn’t been cleaned. We were told the priority was to prepare rooms for incoming guests, which isn’t what you want to hear when you’re paying over $1200 for a three‑night stay.

The location is great for museums and hospitals. We didn’t stay long, but for those who need to, it’s set up very nicely. The breakfast was pretty average (not that I disliked it, but) and the pool was nice but way too cold—just minor quibbles.
