Breakfast was great, and the landlady’s warmth and hospitality went beyond what we could have hoped for. My girlfriend fell ill on arrival, and she did everything she could to help us. We can’t thank her enough!
“Great location, airy interior, parking steps away”
The spot is great, with parking just a few steps away and instant access to the city center. The only drawback is that you have to climb about 100 steps when you come back, which is good for the heart.
I spent just one night here and it was great—right near the city center, the hostess was welcoming, and the breakfast was lovely. The room had a private bathroom with a bathtub, which was a nice touch. I’d definitely recommend this spot if you’re looking for a place in Inverness.

The rooms were very nice and fully equipped, the bathroom was spotless, there’s a common lounge‑style TV room and a lovely breakfast dining area. The owners don’t respond on Booking, so you have to call them.

We had a very pleasant stay, the host was enthusiastic, the room was clean and tidy, and we slept comfortably! We left early the next day, and after a quick chat, the beautiful host left us breakfast, which we really appreciated!
