Breakfast ran from 8am to 10am, relaxed, with coffee made to order—a nice touch. The location is on the quieter side of Durrës; if you want more shops and variety, Durres beach is better, but it worked for us and we could walk to Golm. The rear garden room was a bit dark.

I cannot recommend this apartment and would never stay here again. It looked very different from the photos, was worn out, and had an unpleasant smell right away. The biggest issues were the bathroom and overall cleanliness: the shower head was cracked, water leaked everywhere, flooding the bathroom and reaching the room; the drain was clogged with hair and dirt, worsening the leak. The toilet and tap were filthy, walls were in poor condition, bedding was dirty with torn pillowcases, and we woke up with unidentified bites, raising hygiene concerns. We reported the broken shower, were promised a fix, but no one came, leaving us to deal with it ourselves. I’m extremely disappointed with the apartment’s condition and the lack of assistance. Guests should expect basic cleanliness, functioning facilities, and accommodation that matches the listing. I would not recommend this place to anyone who values cleanliness, comfort, or proper guest treatment and advise others to think carefully before booking.

The location was superb, right on the sea, and we were there in the off‑season, so the apartment was quite quiet at that time. We arrived pretty late at night and couldn’t find the reception right away because we had to walk past the hotel, go back, and turn a corner; signage would help. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room faced the courtyard, so it was quiet, and the ground‑floor room was just one step up. The staff were friendly; initially the delivery was uncomfortable and in poor condition, but after pointing it out it was replaced and everything was fine. Daily towel changes kept the place clean, and the staff remained helpful.

Rummen såg precis ut som på bilden, jättefina och fräscha. Hotellet låg precis vid stranden, dock hade vårat rum ej någon utsikt utan låg precis bakom hotellrestaurangens bar.
