The interior was pretty, the bed was comfortable, and the airport shuttle was prompt and courteous. However, a pair of men’s dirty underwear lay on the floor, the toilet had feces smeared in it, there was no microwave, and the AC couldn’t be adjusted. My biggest complaint was that when I arrived the window was unlocked and open; on the second floor it was reachable via a platform, so it was easy to just step into the room. The front desk told me to just check the room upon entry, but that was too late if I walked in and someone was there. I travel a lot for work for a health‑care company, and they never allow a first‑floor room to be booked for safety reasons, always saying NEVER enter an unsecured room. I wasn’t impressed and definitely will not book there again.

the open lobby. No towel replenishment in 2nd day or 4th days until I asked. No comp coffee in lobby

The outside back area was nice. That was about it. The front desk wasn’t very friendly, the pool was out of order—which was why we chose this hotel—food was overpriced and not very good.
