The spot is spot-on, right next to the MRT station, which made getting around a breeze, but the room felt cramped compared to other places I've stayed at, and the décor looked pretty worn and old.

Being next to the MRT Outram station was super convenient, and having washing machines and dryers on hand was a real bonus; the breakfast that came with the stay was great and got us ready for the day, but there was no info in the room about hotel facilities or how to use the in‑room phones to reach reception—those labeled buttons didn’t work as expected, so we had to wander around the hotel or go downstairs to ask for help.

Breakfast was spot on and the pool was nice, plus the staff were super friendly, yet the rooms needed a facelift, the pillows were too hard, and the room itself wasn’t clean.

The location was a real win for getting to the metro, and the neighborhood had plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance, which we appreciated; the facilities were clean and decent, and I couldn’t find anything negative about my stay.

Super Lage über der Outram MRT Station, schönes Zimmer und freundliches Personal. Für längere Aufenthalte gibt es sogar eine Waschmaschine im Hotel.1
