The room was set up nicely and the communication was outstanding, but the bed was the lumpiest thing I’ve ever slept on, the bathroom was mouldy, and the upstairs drainpipe ran through our wall so every flush made a loud noise.

I liked the spacious rooms and comfy beds, but the wifi was hit and miss and the shower pressure could be better.

The location was good and the room was a decent size.

The central location worked well for my trip to Dunedin, but a large group of teenagers stayed there that night and were extremely loud, even opening the door into my room while I was at my car, unsure where the parents or chaperones were, which made the stay unpleasant even though it wasn’t the motel’s fault.
