It was terrible: everything was dirty, one room lacked a shower, and there was mouse droppings on a bed—nothing like the photos posted.

I disliked it entirely; we arrived at ten at night and the receptionist took forty minutes to hand us keys, we booked two rooms and the other guest was also delayed getting assigned a room. The room was dirty, towels smelled bad, and the staff were so disorganized that the assistant didn't even know the room number and we had to keep going up floors, only to find it wasn't on that floor. The whole thing was poorly organized. The sheets and towels were filthy.
